Congyan Chen received the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1992, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in automation from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 1999 and 2002, respectively. He is currently a Researcher with the School of Automation, Southeast University. His research interests include virtual reality, signal processing, and advanced control theory.
